p65com Terms and Conditions – Rules Every Member Should Know

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the p65com platform, including all games, features, account services, promotions and related communications. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or otherwise using the p65com platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read and fully accepted these Terms.

These Terms apply to all members of p65com regardless of how or where they access the platform. They are supplemented by additional rules for specific games, promotions or features, which will be displayed in the relevant section of the platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific game or promotion rule, the specific rule will apply for that context only.

p65com reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated to members where reasonably practicable.

2. Eligibility

To create and use a p65com account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least the minimum legal age for online gaming under the laws applicable in the Philippines, and in any jurisdiction from which you access the platform.
• You must be a natural individual — not a corporation, trust, partnership or other legal entity.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director or family member of an employee of p65com or its affiliated service providers.
• You must not have been previously excluded or barred from using p65com or any related platform.

p65com may require you to provide identity verification documents at any stage to confirm eligibility. This may include a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, proof of ownership of the payment method used, or other documentation as reasonably requested. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

By creating an account at p65com, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. If at any point you cease to meet these requirements, you are obligated to notify p65com immediately and cease using the platform.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account at p65com. Attempting to open, operate or use multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a different name, or through another person — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being closed and balances being voided.

3.1 Accurate information

You must provide accurate, complete and current personal information during registration and must keep this information updated. The name on your p65com account must match exactly the name registered to any payment method you use for deposits or withdrawals. Inaccurate information may delay or prevent withdrawals and may trigger account review.

3.2 Account security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your p65com login credentials, including your password and any one-time verification codes. Do not share these with any other person. p65com will never ask for your password via any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact p65com support immediately and change your password. You accept responsibility for all activity conducted through your account until you report a breach.

3.3 Account currency

All p65com accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). There is no option to hold a balance in a foreign currency. Deposits made from foreign-currency payment instruments may be subject to conversion by the payment processor, and any exchange-rate costs are borne by the member.

4. Deposits

p65com accepts deposits in Philippine Peso through the following eligible payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank internet banking, and Visa or Mastercard bank cards. Additional payment options may be available and will be displayed in the Deposit section of your account.

4.1 Deposit conditions

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will trigger an account review.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed at the point of deposit.
• p65com does not charge a fee for deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges. Check your GCash, Maya or bank terms for any applicable transfer fees.
• Funds are credited to your p65com account upon confirmed receipt from the payment processor. Processing times vary by method; GCash and Maya are typically near-instant while bank transfers may take longer.

4.2 Failed or reversed deposits

If a deposit transaction fails after leaving your payment account but before being credited to your p65com balance, contact support with your transaction reference. Do not re-attempt the same deposit until the status of the original transaction is confirmed, to avoid duplicate charges.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals of funds from your p65com account are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal request can be processed. Verification requirements are set out in Section 2.
• Withdrawals must be sent to a payment account in your own name. p65com does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to review. p65com reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing funds, particularly for large or unusual withdrawal requests.
• Any promotional funds credited to your account must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and are displayed in the Withdrawal section of your account.
• Processing times for approved withdrawals depend on the selected payment method. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfers.

p65com is not responsible for delays caused by the recipient bank or payment processor once funds have been dispatched from the platform side. If a withdrawal does not arrive within the stated timeframe after approval, contact p65com support with your withdrawal reference number.

6. Game Rules and Fairness

All games available at p65com use certified random number generators to determine outcomes. This applies to all electronic table games, slots, number games including Bingo, dice games including Color Game, and any card game format where outcomes are determined algorithmically.

6.1 Game-specific rules

Each game category at p65com — Baccarat, JILI Slots, Pusoy, Bingo and Color Game — has its own rules, payout structure and optional side bets. These are detailed in the individual game pages and in-game information panels. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of a game before placing a real-money bet.

6.2 Technical errors

In the event of a technical malfunction that corrupts a game result, p65com reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to members. Winnings generated from a demonstrably malfunctioning game are not valid and will not be paid out. If you encounter a suspected error, stop playing the affected game and contact support immediately.

6.3 Disconnection

If your internet connection is interrupted during a game round, the round will typically continue to completion on the server side and the result will be recorded. Bets placed before disconnection are not voided by the disconnection itself. Check your transaction history after reconnecting to verify round outcomes.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

p65com offers promotions including welcome offers, deposit bonuses, cashback, free spins and other rewards at its discretion. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated for each offer. By claiming a promotion, you accept the specific terms that apply to it.

7.1 Wagering requirements

Most bonus awards carry a wagering requirement — a multiple of the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, where applicable) that must be achieved through qualifying gameplay before the bonus balance or derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiple, eligible games, minimum bet per round and expiry period will be stated in the promotion terms.

7.2 Promotion eligibility

• Promotions are only available to members who meet the stated eligibility criteria at the time the offer is claimed.
• p65com reserves the right to withdraw any promotion at any time and to reverse bonus awards if eligibility conditions are not met.

7.3 Bonus abuse

Any attempt to exploit promotions — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing offsetting bets to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, or any pattern of play inconsistent with genuine gaming — constitutes bonus abuse. p65com may cancel promotions, reverse derived winnings and close accounts where abuse is identified.

8. VIP Club

The p65com VIP Club is a loyalty programme available to eligible members. Participation in the VIP Club and the benefits available at each level are subject to the VIP Club terms, which are published in the VIP Club section of the platform.

VIP status is determined by qualifying activity and is reviewed periodically. p65com reserves the right to adjust VIP levels, benefits and eligibility criteria at any time. Status at any given level is not guaranteed to continue indefinitely and may be revised downward if qualifying activity does not meet the threshold for the current period.

VIP benefits including cashback, service enhancements and personalised promotions are subject to their own conditions and do not override these general Terms unless explicitly stated otherwise in the VIP Club terms.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on p65com and will result in account closure, forfeiture of balances and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening or using more than one account
• Providing false, incomplete or another person's identity information
• Using third-party payment accounts for deposits or withdrawals
• Attempting to exploit game errors, glitches or technical vulnerabilities
• Using automated software, bots or other tools to interact with the platform in a manner not available to all members
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing or coordinated play that distorts game outcomes
• Attempting to launder funds through the p65com platform
• Any conduct that disrupts other members' use of the platform
• Accessing p65com from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law

10. Account Suspension and Closure

p65com reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a member's payment provider
• The account holder becoming ineligible under Section 2
• Request by the account holder to close the account voluntarily

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance — including promotional funds and derived winnings — may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for any other reason, legitimate balances will be returned to the member through an eligible payment method after any applicable review is completed.

11. Limitation of Liability

p65com provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While every reasonable effort is made to maintain service availability and data accuracy, p65com does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical issues at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, p65com's liability to any member in connection with any claim arising from the use of the platform is limited to the amount actually deposited into the member's account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim. p65com is not liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

12. Privacy and Data

Your personal data is collected and processed by p65com in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data is collected, why it is collected, how it is stored and protected, and how you can exercise your rights as a data subject.

By creating a p65com account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data collected for identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention and, where applicable, direct communications related to your account and eligible promotions.

13. Responsible Gaming

p65com is committed to providing a gaming environment that encourages responsible play. Tools including deposit limits, session time controls and self-exclusion options are available to all members through the account settings. These tools can be activated at any time and are not subject to a waiting period to take effect in most cases.
